Hello I lost a black wallet with maybe $30 bucks in it - keep the cash. $200 reward for return of wallet with my cards and ID - I have a Texas ID in it. Today is my birthday. My brother was shot and is in hospital. Not my best week Ever. Please help. Thank you. John.
