I found a very broken phone today in the road. The screen is extremely cracked and does not appear to light up. It looks like someone dropped it and perhaps drove over it. I think the screen will definitely need to be replaced. However, the phone is powered on and is successfully charging, so there is hope for repair. Based on the sounds it made, I think it's a T-Mobile. I want to return it to its rightful owner, but have no way to figure out who that is. I tried calling T-Mobile but they were unable to confirm whether it was active or how I could get it back to the rightful owner.
