handyman for painting job and few other things

I am looking for a handyman to do a few things, not anything major. Minor things that I can't do myself but need to get done. You should also be able to paint and do a good job with it. Looking for someone reasonable and that is available as soon as possible. Also, please be somewhat local. Please reply with how much you would charge to paint a room (average size).
