i need a hitch welded to my truck. i have a 04 nissan Titan... Whoever owned it before me, replaced the bumber. i bought a universal hitch, but im not sure it can be used.. the bottom is pretty rusted but ive been told by hitch king, that it can ve welded on (they just dont weld) let me know if it's something youre experienced in. I'm hoping to keep the job around 500 (will negotiate if need be) I'll buy extra parts if need be or a whole new hitch. thanks for reading
