Join us on June 6th, 2 - 3 PM for a yoga and meditation class to help you connect your mind and body, and release built up tension and stress. Join wellness coach Caitlin-Rose Barry of Anima Intuitive Healing (animaintuitivehealing.com) for a half hour workshop we will be doing a Vinyasa Flow yoga. Vinyasa is a style of asana practice that cultivates movement with breathe. You will be guided through a sequence of sun salutations and poses that will help you deepen your mind-body connection. This will be followed by a Full Body Scan Meditation with meditation coach Chris Burgan of Full Heart Wellness (chrisburganfullhearttarot.com), to help you further release any tension in your body and focus your mind on it's physical connection.
