Carpenter needed to help with Demo Work

Need to take down walls of former recording studio. Room is approx. 16 x 16. with 8ft ceilings. Room is built within a loft space with 13ft ceilings but the studio has an 8ft ceiling. Need ceiling and 4 walls taken down. I'm a carpenter with 25yrs experience but I also own the space so don't have time to do it alone. Can work part-time at various hours based on mutual availability. Must have tools specifically a Sawzall has it must be taken down carefully in sections as the rest of the space is finished and in constant use. Send detailed experience, tools and availability.
