Join Habitual Roots on a mindful hike, connecting through movement to deepen your relationship with self, community, and mother nature. This experience combines hiking, community, and natural immersion. Our goal is to quiet the outside noise of our often fast paced day to day to connect with our hearts through practicing what may be referred to as forest bathing, a conscious and contemplative practice of being immersed in the sights, sounds and smells of the forest. Let’s find healing through hiking. We will meet at Mount Falcon Park West Trailhead 21074 Mt Falcon Rd, Indian Hills, CO 80454 on Friday May 28th at 6pm for sunset hike with some light yoga. https://goo.gl/maps/FCBQ7wTW5LERJpYFA Check out this ALL LEVELS hike on All Trails: Castle, Meadow, Olde Ute and Devil's Elbow Trail Loop on AllTrails https://www.alltrails.com/trail/us/colorado/castle-meadow-olde-ute-and-devils-elbow-trail-loop After brief introductions we will start hiking with our new friends, while basking in the beautiful dusk lit vegetation and meadows.
