Demolition Estimator/Superintendent Wanted (NYC Region/LI Region) Compensation: To be discussed Employment type: full-time Looking for a Demolition Estimator/Superintendent for the NYC area with the following criteria: *6+ years experience *Direct over-site of $5 plus million demo projects *Total structure removals along with civil projects *Managed 20 plus employees *Conduct daily safety meetings and maintain job site reports. *Organize vendors for removal of C&D waste *Prepare manifest for shipment of hazardous and non-hazardous waste *Ability to run demo equipment *Must be familiar with standard OSHA safety guidelines. OSHA 30 required. *Asbestos Supervisor training a plus *Project Superintendent to be self-motivated, ambitious problem solvers/team players, able to prioritize and multi-task while maintaining excellent communication and organizational skills at all times.
