Inside of a Tree, we are completely held by its relaxed branches in a shady open space in circle around the tree trunk. Connecting with our sacred Mother Earth, and the sacred divinity within. What to Bring🌿✨ ✨A yoga mat ✨A towel or blanket to place your mat on (otherwise your mat will rest right on the moist soil! (May result in a mini sappy, pine needly problem)) ✨Water to drink **Optional to bring a FRIEND!! Sharing such a special event with a friend may make their day!
