Stimulate all of your senses, as you venture through this vegetarian multi-course dinner, provided by Derricksworldd. “Meadows.” Is a plant-based/vegetarian four-course dinner that will explore fresh seasonal produce, cooked with classic & modern techniques, as well as a creative mind that's been waiting to feed the public. Check out the menu below, as well as ticket options, to join in on the fun, where there will surely be good eats, good drinks, and the perfects tunes to match the vibe! ~-> DERRICKSWORLDD Formally created in the Spring of 2016, Derricksworldd is a way to release my creative ventures in life while allowing the outside world a chance to step into the world as I see it. Whether through short films on food & wine, recipes, captured and styled in life's most artistic way, or a series of private dinners that are sure to engage all of the senses, there's always something cooking. ABOUT THE CHEF: I, Derrick Reed am a chef & creative, from Baltimore Maryland, now located in Los Angeles, California. I spent my early years cooking in kitchens such as Micheal Mina's Wit & Wisdom, back in Baltimore, to a more recent venture at Lincoln Caron's Bon Temps, formally located in the Arts District. Through years in the industry, I've accumulated techniques and dishes ranging in a number of cuisines, most notably New American, Italian, Japanese, Thai, & French Cuisine, that was reinforced with an Associate Degree In Advanced Culinary Arts, from Stratford University.
