Job Description *Job Coordinator* *Compensation: $15.00* With a possible raise after 90 days 18.00 per hour Goal FRSTeam specializes in the restoration of garments and electronics, other wardrobe items, and fabric articles damaged by smoke, fire, or water loss. We are the industry leader providing this unique service. *General Job Description* •Packing, carrying, inventorying damaged personal property from water, fire and mold incidents •Remove affected textile and electronic items such as clothing, area rugs and window coverings from homes •Field coordination and communication with customers •Inventory, track, and document order through production processing •Customer contact and follow up through delivery of goods •Review and follow up billings and customer concerns •Manage multiple job files and assignments •Reports directly to Customer Care Manager •Ability to consistently lift up to 35 lbs. on a daily basis while packing jobs •Company will train •Opportunities for growth and advancement •Additional reasonable duties as assigned Washing drying folding garments Hand cleaning household items *Qualifications/Standards for this position:* •MUST pass an extensive criminal background check •MUST maintain clean driving record •Be honest and must have integrity both now and in the past •Be safety conscious •Must be have pleasant disposition •Consistent on-time attendance •Consistent high level output of work •Must be able to bend, reach above shoulder level, twist, turn and kneel •Must be able to push/pull/lift up to 35 lbs. •Positive attitude always •Treat coworkers with respect •Be a team player at all times •Be flexible in regards to drive time, work hours and schedule (i.e. after 5pm on weekdays and weekends) •Be flexible in regards to assignments of duties and tasks Any past house, commercial, kitchen cleaning experience is a plus *Compensation and Benefits* •Job hours are typically Monday -- Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm, overtime may be available daily and some weekends. •Rotational On call schedule every 4--6 weeks (emergency response). •Pay will depend on experience Our most important and valuable resource is the employee.
