This accessible practice honors a traditional yoga which focuses on mental and physical health using the breath, mindfulness and poses. I am a registered yoga teacher (RYT500) and also certified to teach trauma-informed yoga and mindfulness. *The cost is $8 if you register on Eventbrite, $10 for walk-ins *
