In this two-session class, you will learn how to cast on, knit, purl, bind off, how to read a pattern and how to read your knitting Join Kristina for this 2 day knitting workshop! May 22, and May 29, 1-3pm. Have you always wanted to learn to knit, but get frustrated trying to figure it out on your own? Kristina will walk you through it, answering any questions you have. In this two-session class, you will learn how to cast on, knit, purl, bind off, how to read a pattern and how to read your knitting, as we knit a garter stitch wool scarf (with or without fringe!) Materials included: Wool yarn, size 10 knitting needles, and 2 patterns. PLEASE NOTE** There is a $20 materials fee due at beginning of 1st class, payable directly to instructor. You can also choose to pay the fee when you purchase ticket here** Purchasing a ticket for this class includes both days of the workshop. 1st session: May 22, 1-3pm. 2nd session: May 29, 1-3pm. Kristina's Bio: I have been knitting enthusiastically for 13 years now. I edit knitting patterns professionally and love knitting my client's designs in my head. Sharing knitting with other folks is a joy for me.
