OUR ON AIR GUESTS FOR THIS TAPING ARE MUSICAL GUEST, TONY JACKSON; AUTHOR/ATTORNEY, KEN STARR; ESCAPE ARTIST, KRISTEN JOHNSON (LADY HOUDINI) AND WARM UP COMEDIAN, LEE HARDIN. WE ARE EXCITED TO HAVE YOU JOIN US! WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW: Please note that the ticket office is closed on major U.S. holidays and we cannot respond on weekends and evenings. Although it is rare and unlikely, we reserve the right to cancel any taping due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances. If you are unsure about a taping date, please email us at [email protected] to inquire and we will respond at our earliest convenience. We need for you to understand this upfront as you plan your visit to our town and area. We will do our best to keep you updated if anything were to happen. We look forward to having you! Here are the quick bullets for entry. You must be at least 16 years of age to attend a taping.You will go through a security check, so don't bring in sharp objects or weapons of any kind. (pocketknives, clippers, tweezers, etc.)If you still feel a need to social distance, email us at [email protected] asap so we can talk through it to see if there is something we can do to assist your request, otherwise, you will be seated with general audience, since all restrictions have been lifted in our area.Check in opens at 5:45pm and closes at 6:30pm. If you have not arrived by this time, we will consider you a 'no show'. Our address is 1 Music Village Blvd., Hendersonville, TN 37075.Ladies, large purses are discouraged, since it requires us to search through them. We would appreciate it if you would consider only bringing in your wallets, keys and phones so we don't have to search them.Backpacks, commercial cameras and large purses are not allowed.Eventually, we will resume meet and greets with Governor Huckabee, but at this time, we are not doing them. Walk-ins are not available at this time, as we are still building back our audiences, but we hope to offer that again, soon.GROUP RESERVATIONS All details for group reservations are handled privately. If you need information for group reservations, please email us at [email protected] as early as you can, since taping dates are released one month out. We will respond in a timely manner.LIMITATIONS ON ITEMS YOU MAY BRING IN You may not bring in camera equipment.Bringing in items to give to the Governor are not allowed at this time.No food or drinks are allowed in the buildings.TAPING DURATION Check-in opens at 5:45 PM (central) and must arrive no later than 6:30 PM for guaranteed seating with a reservation, pre-show entertainment begins at 6:30 PM. We shut down check in at this time. The taping will last approximately one (1) hour and (30) thirty minutes, once it begins, and attendees can expect the entire experience, from check-in to the end of the show, to last approximately two hours.HANDICAP REQUESTS OR SERVICE ANIMALS HUCKABEE will make arrangements for guests with disabilities who request reasonable accommodations in their reservation ahead of time or want to bring in a service animal. If you did not add it to this reservation, contact us [email protected] so we can update your reservation and work toward a solution for you. REQUESTING TICKETS All available live taping dates for the HUCKABEE show are listed as they are confirmed approximately one month out. Please choose the taping date you are interested in and follow the prompts. If it is sold out, you will need to choose another date.You may reserve up to four e-tickets per reservation. However, you must provide separate information for all attendees in your party at the time you register. Please don't duplicate the same information on each ticket. If you do, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation since it is incomplete.Please DO NOT reserve extra tickets 'just in case' a friend may want to come. We ask that you not register until you have a firm commitment. Perhaps it's best to have them reserve their own tickets and then just come together when you arrive. This way we can avoid 'no shows' and last-minute changes to reservations who 'over' reserved seats. When you do this, you keep others from being able to attend that would have committed to attend. So, please be honest when reserving multiple seats and only reserve what you really need.If we see a pattern of misusing the reservation system, we reserve the right to refuse it and cancel it.If an emergency occurs and you cannot attend or you want to transfer ticketing to someone else, you must contact us ahead of time to see if it is allowed for that taping. Email [email protected] asap.If you are not able to print out your ticket or do not have a smartphone to display your ticket on, simply provide us the name your reservation is under upon arrival at check in, and we will look you up. Be advised that you may be included on-camera during taping of the HUCKABEE show. Your e-ticket and your presence in the audience both constitute your permission for the show's producers to use your likeness in any way.STANDBY SEATING Feel free to email us at [email protected] and let us know that you are interested in a specific date and we will let you know if we are able to add you to a waitlist. If there is any concern due to weather conditions, that we may cancel a taping, please email [email protected] at your earliest convenience and we will do our best to respond in a timely manner. APPROPRIATE ATTIRE Dress code is smart casual if possible. Remember, you could be on camera. We reserve the right to deny entry to anyone dressed inappropriately and again, your reservation is your permission to be on camera without compensation. PERSONAL ITEMS Guests will be required to power down all electronic devices when instructed prior to the taping. Any usage after this time may result in guest removal from the studio. We are not responsible for any personal items lost or left on the property. SMOKING Smoking is not permitted inside the building. Our smoking station is located directly across the boulevard under the awning and marked with a green metal sign. Once you go through security, you must remain indoors, or you will have to go through security again. Once the taping begins, if you leave your seat and exit the theater, you may not re-enter after 6:30 PM, since the security station will be closed by then.MISCELLANEOUS HUCKABEE is taped on private property and any guest behavior deemed inappropriate may jeopardize that guest's participation. We reserve the right to remove anyone who is deemed a threat to the comfort or safety of our audience, 'on air' guests, cast, or staff. Thanks for your interest and enthusiasm!
