Landscaping and general handyman work

I am in need of a person who can use commercial landscaping equipment. I have all the movers and blowers but must have experience with a commercial mower. Other tasks will include paint prep, painting, and some general handyman needs. This will be 20-30 hours to start and then ongoing weekly hours. Work can be done nights and weekend.
