Join the City of Santa Clarita from the comfort of your own vehicle and enjoy a movie under the stars at East Walker Ranch. City Cinemas, a drive-in movie experience presented by Logix Federal Credit Union, takes place in one of the City’s beautiful open spaces on the third weekend of each month. Each vehicle will receive a goodie bag from Logix Federal Credit Union. The night of bring your favorite picnic dinner or grab take out from one of the City's marvelous local restaurants. Then cruise on down Placerita Canyon to the entrance of East Walker Ranch. A limited number of tickets will be available so make sure to get yours early! Details Guests must remain in their vehicle at all times with the exception of using the restroom. Guests leaving their vehicle to use the restroom are required to wear a face covering. First Come, First Served parking. Taller vehicles will be positioned towards the back. Sound will be played through an FM transmitter, which requires you to use your radio and therefore it can take a toll on your car battery. Here are some tips that you can do to save your car battery from draining during your movie time. If all else fails have jumper cables on hand. Turn off all lights, headlights, and tail lights.Run the engine for a while before turning off.New batteries won’t drain easilyDisconnect sub-woofers and amplifiers from the radio.Bring your portable radio.
