Help me paint-correct my car

I have an '01 Toyota 4runner I need help with and given the age and value of the car I want to avoid fully professional body shop prices. I need someone with sufficient experience to help me sand down the clear coat on 3 panels front left quarter, drivers door, driver side rear door, as well as the front bumper where the clear coat is peeling. Then I'd like to correct the paint and rapply the clear coat. I've watched vids on youtube and know this can be done diy I just need the right person. Maybe theres even a better way or correcting the issue that I'm not aware of. If you think you have the right experience for this, email me and we can talk more.
