We are the most epic moving labor company in Tucson. Very flexible position with great compensation and SAME DAY PAY. No experience needed! We literally make so much money moving furniture; if you're looking for work and don't take this job, you're a pussy. If you're just in a bind and need money fast, just come work with us for a day, we'll send you out with someone experienced who can direct you. REQUIREMENTS: - Strong enough to move furniture (every team consists of at least two guys, you aren't expected to move wardrobes by yourself) - Honesty and transparency - Reliability and accountability PREFERENCES - Moving experience (not important) - Friendly (you will get more tips and we will get better reviews if you are friendly) - Own a car (carpool can be arranged) - Has friends (once you are trained, you can go on jobs with your buddies) PAY (READ ALL OF THIS CAUSE ITS GREAT) - We get many small jobs. The customer has prepaid for our services for a certain number of hours (usually 2-4 hours). You will receive hourly pay for the entire time booked, even if the job runs UNDER QUOTE (i.e., you go on a 4 hour job and finish it in 2 hours, you still receive 4 hours of pay). If the job goes over quote, you will receive hourly wage. - Hourly wages start at $17/h. You will receive a $1/h raise for every week that you show up reliably, up to $20/h. - The labor crew that completes the job keeps ALL of the tips. - Tips and wages combined, our guys typically average $30/h.
