Remove 3M and velcro tape from roof of Promaster Van High Top

I need someone with a ladder to remove some 3M tape and velcro from the roof of a Ram Promaster 2500 high top without ruining the paint job. I have one can of WD 40 degreaser if that helps. The tape held down 3 4x8 pieces of corrugated plastic. There's one piece of plastic still there that needs to be pulled up. Bring your own ladder. I can pay $20 an hour and hopefully it won't take over 2 hours. If it takes less than 2 hours, I will pay $40 minimum. Located in Alameda, CA.
