Need help with Activities of daily living

Hello and thank you for reading. I am a 52-year-old disabled women looking for somebody to assist and help me with basic living chores and tasks. I am not mentally capable of handling things any longer but I would like to at least try with the help of somebody. It’s funny because this is what I used to do for a living, I was a home health nurse for work and volunteer as well as rescuing animals and fostering children. now the time has come where I am in need of help and I hope I can find somebody so I can be independent as much as possible. It seems like yesterday but last year I died for about 40 minutes and they could not revive me. Eventually after days in the hospital, several machines and a variety of procedures and tests I got to walk out of the hospital 17 days later to find myself very much different than when I went in. I incurred some brain damage for sure and my system is definitely not the same and my memory is just gone. But at least I’m here right now :-) my poor mother was told that I would never be able to live on my own again before they drove me away in the ambulance. So I’d like to prove them wrong and continue to do so with your help. I need somebody to remind me every day of what I need to do. The thoughts in my head vanish in seconds as soon as I have another thought that takes over. So can you imagine I’m still working on the daily tasks of October 3 of last year! I’ve been horribly sick because I live in a trailer with multiple problems easily fixed with somebody with a working brain. I hand wash my clothes but I don’t know how much longer I can keep doing it my hands hurt so bad but I cannot hand wash my sleeping bag or pillow. You’re wondering why my family doesn’t help correct? They do, they absolutely do. But I do not want to wear out my welcome in their lives because it’s very hard to help somebody like me without strangling me on several occasions :-) So the tasks involved would be to finish filing a claim on my trailer, somebody vandalized it I cannot remember to call the company back after so much time has gone by and my forgetfulness is costing me dearly. There are several things like that, broken tooth from a pretzel needs fixing etc. I need help with cooking would be fantastic. I have tons of donated veggies but I do not have the energy to cook them and I know my health is declining because of that. I have some garbage and recycling I need to tend to but it seems every day when I wake up I’m sick from one thing or another and just can’t get it done. I am willing to pay somebody for some help. I am sorry I can’t pay for what you’re really worth because I understand your value but I always keep my caregivers in mind when I am successful in a positive financial gain of some sort. Which does happen but again I need your help to do it please. So if there’s anybody out there Who is willing to help me please let me know. I’m truly grateful for anything and everything.
