We are a local General Contractor specializing in middle to large scale projects. Kitchens | Bathrooms | Home Additions Our Process: - Respond to this Ad with your company information (you must hold an active license and insurance) - We'll provide you with project pictures, blueprints (if included) and anything you need to bid projects and know what you are getting yourself into - If we agree to a number, we will sign you up and we always cut a deposit the day you start on the project to ensure you show up and progress payments as work is completed, weekly every Tuesday, and final payment 1-2 weeks after project completion or your phase completes - We like our subs to handle all material, equipment rental and anything needed to get the job done - however, we will cover all finish materials like fixtures, flooring, tile, cabinets, countertops, etc. We like to make the process easy and want all parties to be satisfied and come back to us for more work. Trades Needed: 🏠 Excavation, Grading & Lot Clearing 🏠 Concrete 🏠 Framing 🏠 Mechanical, Electrical, & Plumbing 🏠 Drywall 🏠 Painting 🏠 Siding 🏠 Roofing 🏠 Decks 🏠 Landscaping And pretty much any trade we missed. If you are great at your trade, we are willing to pay great and provide 1 job or as many as you can handle per month.
