EXPERIENCED DISPATCHER / SCHEDULER - Immediate opening for experienced Dispatcher for Heating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) office in Mill Creek, WA. Hours are 7 am to 3:30 pm full time, typically M-F, with possible additional hours during busy winter season. Includes great benefits, like medical and dental through Regence and Colonial Life. Responsible for scheduling and dispatching technicians, installers and sales people for furnace, heat pump, air conditioning, and water heater sales and service. Positive attitude REQUIRED to communicate effectively with customers and staff in a fast-paced environment. Data entry required, answering phones, and computer skills (MS Office Suite), and other software skills helpful. Attention to detail is important. Clean background check.
