I am a single man in my 40s, relocating (quickly) to the lakes region due to work and family. I'm seeking a rental in Concord (or within striking distance), or the western Lakes Region. I am looking for a (1) or (2) bedroom apartment or home, with a bathroom and kitchen or kitchenette. I would be looking for a 12-15 month standard lease, or month to month for a shorter period if that suits you; I am not especially picky. My budget will ideally allow for the $900-1200/mo range but for the right place or right terms, I'm flexible. Very flexible. When the market calms down I will be looking for a home to purchase in the area, but in the mean time will be a quiet and reliable tenant for you! On the whole, I'm a quiet guy; not a drinker or drugger, nor one for hosting parties, and very much a homebody. I have two very well behaved cats, and only one vehicle which is newer, in good repair, and not equipped with loud exhaust pipes or speakers. I do not have any criminal record - I do have a bible and I promise not to thump it. I have worked as a general contractor, and am very handy. I would be happy with an apartment or home which is in less-than-ideal condition or repair - perhaps I can help you improve the place during my stay? Regardless, I am not a complainer and you will only hear from in cases of emergency (God forbid)! I cannot stress enough that I am not picky about the details of the apartment or home, provided it is an safe neighborhood/building/complex. Anything in - or in the vicinity of - Tilton, Laconia, Franklin, Belmont, Gilford, Sanbornton, Meredith, New Hampton, Bristol, Concord, Boscawen, Gilmanton, Loudon, Chichester, Webster, Boscawen, etc. will work wonderfully for me.
