Cops Seek Man Seen Masturbating In Naperville, Plainfield

NAPERVILLE, IL — Naperville Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest of a suspect who has been seen masturbating in the parking lots of stores, gyms and yoga studios throughout south Naperville and Plainfield on Route 59. The suspect has been linked to "several incidents of indecent exposure" between January 2020 and April 2021, according to Naperville Crime Stoppers. The most recent incident was reported April 20 in Plainfield. Police say the suspect has been described as a 20- to 30-year-old black male with light skin and short, dark hair and a thin, athletic build. He has been seen driving a recent model black Ford Edge without a rear license plate. via Naperville Crime Stoppers Anyone with information or who has witnessed any of the aforementioned incidents is urged to contact Naperville Crime Stoppers at 630-420-6006.
