4 month old Shepard mix puppy

I have a four month old Shepard mix puppy, he looks like Scooby Doo. He's had all of his necessary vaccinations, he's been vetted twice and I have his Vet records. He's also on flea treatment and He's been dewormed,He's very healthy and lovable and playful. He gets along great with other pets and children.. he is still nipping and teething. Just started potty training outside.. but also uses pea pads indoors and doesn't make any mistakes off of them. He's a very good boy, he doesn't walk on a leash yet but we're trying to teach him. I'm located in Carolina Beach NC.. I can not travel. I'm asking for a rehome fee Of 300.00 Seriously inquiry only please. And thank you.
