Looking for 16 hours per week childcare/pet care in exchange for housing. First aid / CPR, past childcare experience, and valid driver’s license required. Children are 4 and 2 years old, pets are 2 older mellow dogs who need daily walks. Rarely, feeding the chickens (hens) may also be needed. Housing is an attic apartment with a separate entrance by stairs. House is across the street from a park, close to American River College, at I-80 and Madison. Childcare needed three to four hours in the morning during the week with an occasional evening (totaling 16 hours a week). Second story apartment has separate bedroom and living space, bathroom with shower, and kitchenette (sink and small fridge, no stove), approximately 700 square feet. Access to house laundry facilities included. All utilities except 25% of the electricity bill included. No pets. Minimum 1 year commitment requested.
