I am looking for a part time or full time Personal Assistant to help me keep my life organized and running smoothly (both in my personal life & business life). There could be some travel involved as well. I work from my home office quite a bit and I am looking for someone to help with light admin work… filing, organizing, data entry, errands etc... It would be great if they are willing to do light home help / organization (ex. grocery shopping, dropping off dry cleaning, folding laundry, tidying up etc..Or managing someone who can) (cooking healthy is a HUGE plus) As far as some office stuff I am looking for someone who has the following qualities: * Organized, flexible, proactive and reliable * Motivated, self-starter who takes initiative and has good follow-through * Very organized & HIGHLY detail-oriented * Drive – must have a safe, reliable car As far as the Home Support part - I am looking for someone who has the following qualities: * Doesn't mind dogs - I may get one soon * English is your primary language * Must be truly comfortable to do light tidying, empty dishwasher, doing laundry, grocery shopping, etc... * a plus - making dinner (easy dinner - unless you want to make it gourmet - I welcome that too) * light errands The job really is for someone that can be flexible in what they do. I work out of the house so some days it will include housework, other days office work but most days both. You’ll be working in my place, which has a fun and energetic atmosphere. Because you’ll be in my home, I’m looking for someone who—in addition to having a great work ethic—can work respectfully in a private environment. Familiarity with Google calendar and being tech savvy would be helpful. A personable and professional phone manner is important. Bonus points if you have good instincts for organization, attention to detail, and flexibility with duties, as my needs and priorities shift from time-to-time. This can be a really great job for the right person. Not only work but have fun and laugh a lot.
