Temp help prepping food for cookout

Looking for someone to help me prep food for a BIG cookout tomorrow. I'm cooking/smoking a lot of food for tomorrow at my complex tonight. I own a new bbq vendor business and cooking a shit load of food to give away to get people's feedback. So I'm looking for someone willing or comfortable to come over to my apt and help me babysit the smoker most of the night. Prep the Root Beer Baked Beans, Cajun Mac-N-Cheese, Potato Salad, Cole Slaw and I think thats it. Then setup to get started so might be a late night thing or close to AM. I live in Henderson off Boulder and Sunset
