Landscaping, black mulch bed, small bush stump removal.

I am looking for someone to complete a few landscaping projects for me, I need someone to get rid of 3 small bush stumps, then remove an inch or two of dirt/rock, then lay down weed block fabric and then lay down a layer of black mulch. I also want an 18" wide by 45' long area dug up on each side of my driveway a few inches deep and then once again lay down weed block fabric and then a layer of black mulch, the pictures below should better explain what I am looking for. I want it to look as close to the pictures as possible. I am also wanting this down as soon as possible. Email me with an estimate and PLEASE have experience, tools and the ability to complete all projects, I pay cash. I do not need stone edging, I am fine with rubber or plastic edging.
