Rehoming Dog - Aussie/Collie Mix

My family is looking to rehome our 4 month old Aussie/Collie mix. She is a great dog, big personality, loves to play and snuggle and show affection, but she really needs to be in a home where she is either exercised frequently, or has a ton of space to run. Our small little townhome, and lack of yard, is not meeting her needs, and unfortunately we are not in a position to change that part of our life right now. She is good with other animals and kids, but probably too big for our 4 year old daughter. Mostly house trained, still has the occasional accident. Shot records are up to date, and she is in perfect health. It hurts my heart to think that she should have found her forever home with us, but we're just finding her a little too excitable for our crazy schedule. We will include her kennel, food, and vet records. We are asking for a small rehoming fee. Genuine inquiries only please, she deserves an equally loving home.
