This to help me organize and find contractors for a few house projects. I am too busy with my job & other projects to search, call and coordinate estimates with contractors. If you happen to be a handyman and know how to gauge and compare construction options, that is preferred. If interested, please reply back with: - Your name & how close to my area (Harbor City, Lomita, Torrance) you live - That you have your own transportation & are well organized - References of some kind that show me you're reliable, trustworthy and know what you're doing - If you have a resume, great, but since this is a gig I'm more looking for a type of person than specific skillsets The gig is pretty simple: - I will provide you with the open times of my schedule - You find and communicate with licensed & insured contractors in the area who do the kind of projects I need done (e.g. concrete work, fencing, roof, masonry, landscaping, etc.) - You coordinate times with them to provide estimates while I'm available to also meet with them - When they start & finish work, you coordinate times and are here at least to greet them at the beginning and check with them if needed for call backs or fix-ups - Coordinate the work in a certain order, coordinate the timing of the work so it makes sense, for example I need the concrete work done before the fence but may need the 2 contractors to communicate so both do the correct thing for the final desired result I can do all this but am usually busy all day and don't have the time to pause work to find, communicate & coordinate with contractors.
