We are seeking a Landscape Maintenance Foreman to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining client relationship and landscape property and oversees all interaction with the customer, keeping them informed of all aspects of maintenance process. You will identify, diagnose, and solve problems and communicate effectively with team members.  How you’ll spend your days: Interacting with clients and ensuring that any concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner. Communicating effectively with clients, team members, architects, and contractors. Scheduling, attending, leading site meetings as needed. Making follow-up contacts with clients to ensure satisfaction and establishing long-term relationships. Interfacing with company Production Manager to ensure client’s expectations are met and that jobs are kept on schedule and on budget. Reviewing contractual client’s results from previous year and develops annual contractual proposals based on previous year’s results. Presenting proposals and documents to clients. Our ideal candidate will possess: 2+ years working in high end landscaping companies Salary and Benefits: This position is full-time seasonal or full-time year-round salary, including benefits and paid time off.
