Skilled Residential Carpenters and Lead Carpenters High end design build deck and patio company looking for seasoned carpenter with 5 years in finish and rough phases. Experience Type: • 3-5 years journeyman level or equivalent experience • Ability to read and interpret building plans • Stairs, railing, decking, gates and finish materials • Door and window installation • Finish carpentry and molding • Rough framing • Strong Knowledge of Building Materials • Work well in Team Environment as well as Independently Expectation: • Integrity and professionalism • Proven experience through employment history • Can provide employment, work and personal references • Can demonstrate on time and reliable • Must have transportation and all journeyman level tools to perform work • $18-30 per hour to start • Lead Carpenter: $26-40 per hour to start • Wage depending on experience and salary history • Clean driving record • Contractors license a plus or willingness to become a contractor What to expect: • Phone screening • Application and references • In person interview • Knowledge Testing • Pass drug screening, driving record and background check • Demonstration of tools and experience • On the job work demonstration • Trial period with employment contract • 7-4 Monday through Friday • All San Diego County I'm looking for a long term partner to execute my projects with pride and leadership experience.
