Hey everyone. This is River. River was picked up alone with her 3 puppies after her owner moved out and she was left outside for 5 weeks with her babies. Not much food besides the scraps neighbors were feeding and very little water. She was very scared and timid but is doing better with new people. She is very afraid of men so she will need someone who is willing to work with her. She is great with other dogs and cats!
