The Work Available: -majority of the installation work ($800-1200 labor per install; adjusting for complexity). -majority of the service work ($65 diagnostics + $50-150 service labor, at cost on parts); we expect most routine service items such as cap calls, defrost/filter, condensate clog calls to be in the 100-200 range. Typical Workload: Typically we have about 5-10 AC installs a year. On average we have 10-20 AC service calls a year. The requirements: -fully setup with the proper tools and vehicle -licensed, qualified and experienced in residential AC work -reasonable response time (1-2d on routine service, a week on installs) Optional: -experience with mini splits a plus. -interests in handling residential plumbing and electrical work can increase the service workload. We oversee 125+ residential rental units along the I-95 corridor from PG to Harford County and surrounding areas of Baltimore County. Service locations marked by blue circles.
