Electrical help needed to hire

I think an outlet may need to be replaced as my whole family room shorted out. Tried the breaker with no success. Also when running more then two space heaters in different rooms it trips the circuit so hoping to get that fixed. I was injured in an auto accident so getting to the outlet plug to replace is difficult for me so just needing to hire someone with electrical back ground.
