Read and comprehend repair orders identifying customer complaints. Be able to trouble shoot and diagnose problems with components and then be able to repair or replace these components that are found defective.
Process paperwork for all jobs accurately and in a timely matter.
Understanding electrical, plumbing, 12-volt wiring and sealing of recreational vehicles is a must. Mechanical skills are essential for this job.
Occasionally move parts, accessories, and service equipment weighting up to 50 pounds around the work area to complete service.
Must be self-confident, able to work independently and be a team player.
