Move some stuff from basement to garage

I have bad back. Need some odds and ends moved from basement to garage. Probably about 15 minutes of work for 2 guys. Hundred dollars to split between two people. Heaviest thing is a couch. Everything else is not that heavy (food storage, kids stuff). Need two people. Need help right now. In daybreak South Jordan.
