Excellent opportunity for experienced professionals with demonstrated ability to manage personnel, quality control, and client relations. - Supervisory/Management experience necessary - Criminal background check and drug screening required JOB SUMMARY Responsible for the supervision and management of site supervisors and office cleaners for specific buildings and facilities. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES -Designate area work assignments for office cleaners. -Frequently evaluate the performance of all custodial personnel assigned under their jurisdiction. -Conduct frequent inspections of all assigned areas to ensure that all work is being carried out in a proper and orderly manner. -Conduct training for all custodial personnel. -Establish and maintain inter-departmental relations with personnel, maintenance, and purchasing. -Assign relief custodians to fill in for absentee workers. -Maintain all pertinent records, reports, and other paperwork as needed. -Perform other related work as required and instructed.
