My husband was discharged from a hospital to a nursing / rehabilitation home. The nursing home was a nightmare. He fell 3x's trying to do things himself after waiting too long for a nurse or aid to respond to his call. He had a blood infection & urinary track infection! The room was filthy-food on the floor ! He has tried to contact several legal representatives to file a law suit. He has basically been told that unless you have broken bones or died we cannot help you! I think this appalling! Is there anyone out there who can help him with his case??
