Baby Chipmunk-experienced help please

Hi! We saved a baby chipmunk from the mouth of a cat yesterday (he wasn’t injured just terrified). While we’ve been doing everything google tells us too- it’s A LOT of work. I think he’s about 3-4 weeks old (his ears are still semi closed doesn’t open eyes that often). I think he only needs 1-2 weeks more of help as he seems fairly active but not able to really keep warm on his own and still seems to like formula. We are moving, have several pets and three young kids all under 5yrs. We are obviously not a suitable home to help him right now. If you have experience with this sort of thing or know who I could call/where I could take him I would appreciate any help, thank you! I will not just let him go outside- Thank you.
