Mixed puppy, super sweet boy needs forever home today!

We got Buddy a month ago. He is now 3 months old. Was told he had his first shots. He is super sweet, not potty trained yet but only 3 months and getting there. He is pretty much kennel trained. Sleeps in it at night and while we are gone. Now the only reason I need to rehome him is because my older dog does not like him at all. He only wants to play but she is smaller than him and just hates it. I gave it a month but he just wants to play more obviously he is a puppy and I feel bad that she hates him and he is lonely. He really needs a yard, he will be a bigger boy, mixed with not sure, maybe some pit and boxer lab mix not sure exactly. He will come with his bag of food and kennel and harness and leash. He is great with all my kids and our dog. Asking for rehoming fee of only partial of what I have put into him.
