Looking 4 420 4 medical. Legally blind in one eye. Prone to migrains glaucoma. I m here in Dallas Oaklawn area. I cant drive and new to this part of town. Would appreciate delivery. No BS or fake here. Hoping someone can help. Takung a big risk here but its been 4 days straight with migrane and booze just makes it worse. Thank you
