Stuck bolt will pay for help. $100

Description

Yamaha bike rack with a stuck bolt. Need to get 1 bolt out since the bottom half of rack is busted. Yamaha said to get a machinist to help (thanks). Bolt is 3/4 in x6in. Tried lube + extractor socket, chiseling so no luck. Suspect will need to be drilled out. Need the plastic around bolt to remain intact.
