Looking for three or four motivated and driven individuals to add to our growing team. We are a local, family-owned business dedicated to bringing outstanding quality to every project we work on. Opportunities to grow within the company based on desire to learn and follow company procedures. Skills we are looking for: *Demolition *Painting *Flooring install (not carpet) *Install cover plates, fixtures, and doorknobs *Drywall patching and new install *Texturing prior to paint *Subfloor installation *Subfloor sealing *Framing for doors/windows and other framing for repairs *Installation of windows *Installation of blinds *Installation of doors *Installation of hardware for doors, windows, and more *Deck repairs or new build *Cabinet installation/repairs *Countertop installation/repairs *Cleaning of mildew and general sanitation prior to project start *Follow lead safe protocols as required *Tub/shower removal and installation of new *Tile/grout repair and install new *Installation of wall heaters after electrician hook up *Installation of fixtures after plumber hook up Must have reliable transportation. Attention to detail is required and company standards must be met. Motivation to learn new skills will be compensated. Compensation hourly based on experience. Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM including some overtime work on weekends occasionally. U.S. Citizenship or permanent residency is required. We perform services for residential, and some commercial properties, of all sizes throughout the SW Washington area and we expect our technicians to help us deliver exceptional service to our customers. Please be honest about your skills. Training opportunities will be provided for technicians desiring to learn more. Good interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with a small, dynamic team are mandatory. Must have references. Email resume and references. Immediate start offered.
