Need to rehome dog

Looking for a new home for Bella. She is a 1.5 year old spayed 76 pound lab/malmute mix. She is playful, fun, good with some commands, but nips and jumps. She does have separation anxiety. She does not have much experience with dogs and cats. Recommend a fenced in yard, as she LOVES to be outside (but not on a line) and bigger kids because of her size and level of excitement at times.
