PALLET REPAIRERS Pay Rate: Opportunity to earn up to $20/hour after training through piece rate Training 3-4weeks: $13-Typical training time is 2-3 weeks. BirchStone Management Warehouse Location 5301 Alliance Gateway Fort Worth TX. 76177 Shifts Available! 1st shift Monday-Thursday 5:00am to 3:30pm 2nd shift Tuesday-Friday 4:00pm-2:30am 3rd shift Friday-Sunday 5:00am-3:30pm & Monday (4:00pm - 2:30am) Pallet Repairer is responsible for the efficient day-to-day operation of repairing damaged wooden pallets, which are in need of various levels and types of repair, in a manner and process that meets the company standards for safety, security, and productivity while adhering to our customers' expectations. The Pallet Repairer is responsible for the completeness and correctness of all pallets repaired. Training will be provided for safety, proper pallet repair techniques, quality, and customer pallet criteria. Perform other duties as assigned. SKILLS: Comprehend basic math. Ability to operate power tools in a safe manner. Must be able to follow repair process. Carpentry or construction background is helpful, but not required. Candidates must possess the ability to lift at least 75lbs and operate power tools in a safe manner. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time ; bend and stoop on a frequent basis.
