Handyman needed for Maintenance Work

I need a talented handyman to do some maintenance work on a rental property. I have a rental property in Gary that needs some maintenance. 1) There is an exterior Basement door that needs to be replaced along with a security door. 2) One basement window needs replacement. 3) handrails on front steps need replacing. 4) Exterior lights at front and rear door need replacement. 5) Leaky Faucet in Ground floor Kitchen. - Kitchen faucet has leak under cabinet at sprayer. 6) Gutters and roof need to be inspected /repair. 7) Front security door (upstairs) is rusty, and either needs repair or replacement. 8) Smoke Alarms - Damaged smoke detectors should be replaced, 9) Kitchen door to back staircase has missing hardware. 10) There is a half completed renovation project in the basement that needs demolition/ cleanup/ removal of debris so that basement can be waterproofed. Remove damaged drywall and plaster/lath. There are bare wires that should be insulated and secured, and a junction box that needs a new cover. Contact me by email.
