Hand-weeding - $13.25/hour -perfect for teen summer job

I need someone to hand-weed my yard this summer. I'm happy to pay $13.25/hour or more. Minimum age is 14 years old. Maybe 10 hours per week would work. I think there is 40 to 100 hours of total work to do. My yard is filled with berry bushes and so we cannot use chemicals or a mower. I can supply tools and advice. I would prefer someone who lives in the neighborhood.
