9-month-old Australian Shepherd, Border Collie and Blue Heeler mix looking for a new home. This is a great dog with a habit of barking at strangers we just cannot break him of. This has added an unacceptable amount of chaos to our home as we have a bunch of low windows and live on a heavily walked street in Astoria, OR. He is great with children and other pets. He would be well placed in a home that is not on such a popular walking sidewalk like we are. In the country would be a huge plus. Kids would also be great as he adores our kids and the neighbors too. He just healed from being neutered, is current on all his shots and is chipped. There is a rehoming fee to assure he is not going to someone looking to flip him and resell this attractive dog at a profit. He really is a great dog – he just barks and barks whenever he sees people or dogs he does not know. He is pretty quiet when not stimulated. He is not available to be seen until after we tell our son of this decision on Tuesday.
